This is a Yin style class focusing on the deeper connective tissue, so supporting ourselves with bolsters/blankets/blocks allows the body to do it's thing - release and lengthen.

We will be getting into some potentially uncomfortable shapes - the learning here is to use the props to support you free of pain or injury.

Bring Different sizes of different things allow you to get just the right support: to put under knees, thighs, heads etc.

DUE TO COVID-19 PROP SUPPLY IS LIMITED, therefore Please bring:
