This is the Ultimate Vision Board Workshop - it goes way beyond just vision boards: that will not only Set You on Your Path but it will Keep You On It - and even Speed You Up once you commit & get into the flow of mindful connection with your life, managing emotions and blocks as they arise.
This is a highly proactive workshop for those motivated to 'Tune In' and notice what's blocking their success and creating their 'stuckness'. 2 x Meditation (brief), use of worksheets based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and iRest Yoga Nidra.
Not just a cut and paste Vision Board - we're going way beyond.
You will learn to create a framework/Plan/Strategy - & actively practice EFT Skills (Emotional Freedom Technique), Mindfulness & more, to dissolve Road Blocks - then bring it to life Visually.
You will leave with your own (A3) vision board to hang up at home, helping to inspire, empower you & keep on track throughout 2021.
You will leave with skills based knowledge of how to identify and move through emotional & psychological road blocks - and also to support yourself whilst fulfilling your goals in the rest of 2021 - and onward.
materials supplied are A3 paper, glue, scissors, some magazines to cut out pictures - please bring printed/cut out pictures of items that you know are already on your goal list.
Bring a mat or blanket, small pillow to lay on for brief Heartfelt Desire, Inner Resource and other short meditations.
Bring pictures relevant to to your Vision and feel free to bring along your fav pens or pencils.
